DCTA Bargaining

Every educator in DPS deserves a sustainable workload, preparation time, fair & equitable compensation, professional respect, and meaningful evaluations in order to adequately support their students. Over the past several months the DCTA Bargaining Team has been working to enhance and strengthen our master agreement to improve our working conditions, which are our students’ learning conditions.
Join us on August 2nd and 3rd as we negotiate around school consolidations, paid family leave and attracting and retaining diverse and the highest quality educators in DPS.
