Innovation Bargaining

Recently, members on the DPS Board passed a revised version of Executive Limitation Policy 12, which allows innovation schools to continue to waive contract language including: minimums on planning time, class size caps, duty free lunches, extra duty compensation and more.
By passing this policy, the school board interfered with our contract negotiation process. For this reason, we are back at the bargaining table.
