We have been made aware of the DPS employee data breach that occurred between December 13,2022,and January 13,2023. We want to assure members that we’ve been in contact with DPS throughout the weekend to understand the potential impact this may have on our members.
District leadership notified DCTA leaders that they are working with Federal agencies to identify information that may be compromised in the future. However,we want to provide you with some information and resources to ensure you are supported.
As a precautionary measure,we recommend that all members obtain a copy of their credit report. Members can request a free annual credit report through www.annualcreditreport.com,or call toll-free at 1-877-322-8228. Members can also obtain their credit report through the three credit reports companies listed below:
